On a recent wedding day, a guest accidentally bumped into the dessert table and the desserts came tumbling down on the ground. Glass plates shattered into the miniature cheesecakes making them unable to be salvaged.
Our team quickly sprung into action, obtained the bride’s mother’s credit card, and started calling our area bakery friends who were able to deliver platters of gorgeous miniature desserts that they had not sold that day. The bakeries displayed them on beautiful trays and the desserts were delivered in less than an hour. Meanwhile, the mother of the bride and all other VIPs were able to enjoy cocktail hour with their friends and family. Who would have handled this had we not been there and how long would they have been pulled away from this special day?
