My team and I provide professional planning and design services for couples who want to be involved with their wedding and how it looks and feels but simply don’t have the bandwidth to do it all themselves.

Heather would give me a small and manageable list of tasks to tackle each month and would work with me each step of the way, sourcing vendors, reviewing contracts, and making decisions. I found her vendor sourcing especially helpful - I’d share what I was looking for and how much that service “mattered” to me, and she’d circle back with a proposed % of my overall budget + a few vendor recommendations. She kept everyone on track and was my eyes and ears on the wedding day, making sure the day was perfect. Full-service planning
If you’re looking for help from start to finish and want our most comprehensive planning and design services, this is the plan for you! Full-Service planning is custom designed for your day, but here are some of the things you can expect to be included:
Venue and vendor assistance, helping you find the right-fit vendors to reviewing contracts.
A custom-created to-do list and monthly check-ins to make sure you are on track.
Timeline assistance for your wedding and other related events, such as rehearsals.
Budgeting assistance.
Design and setup services.
Vendor management on the wedding day.
Clean up services after the wedding of personal decor items.
Full-Service Planning begins at $6000
- Venue and vendor assistance, from helping you find the right-fit vendors to reviewing contracts.
- A custom-created to-do list and monthly check-ins to make sure you are on track.

partial planning services
If you’re looking for help finding the best vendors for your wedding based on your budget and personality but plan on doing the bulk of the planning yourself, partial planning might be a perfect fit. Partial Planning may include things such as:
Help with your timeline, so you don’t over or underestimate how long things take.
Assistance with budgeting, so you learn how to adjust and accommodate.
Help find the right venue or vendors and reviewing their contracts.
A custom-created to do list to keep you on track.
Partial Planning Services begin at $4000

Wedding Management Services
Also known as month of coordination, this package is designed for the couple doing most of their planning but wants someone to help bring the ship to shore on the wedding day! You’ll work with one of our skilled lead coordinators and assistants to ensure everything goes to plan. This package includes:
Services beginning at the 8 week mark with the introduction to your lead planner and scheduling of
the details meeting about a month before the big day.
Walkthrough of the venue and timeline of the day prior to the wedding.
Coordination of the rehearsal.
Confirmation with all your vendors.
Set up of decor and/or personal items.
Coordination of the ceremony.
Day of coordination: up to 10 hours of service on your wedding day.
Month of Coordination starts at $1850

Hiring Heather Farr as our wedding planner was the best thing we did for us and our wedding! We made several hard attempts at planning it ourselves over the years and kept putting it on hold because it was overwhelming and impossible to get information.
