We provide thoughtful planning and design services for couples who want to be involved in how their wedding looks and feels, but don’t have the time or bandwidth to manage every detail. We partner closely with our clients to bring their vision to life, curate the right vendor team, and guide the full process.. To ensure a personalized experience, we take on a limited number of weddings each year.

Heather would give me a small and manageable list of tasks to tackle each month and would work with me each step of the way, sourcing vendors, reviewing contracts, and making decisions. I found her vendor sourcing especially helpful - I’d share what I was looking for and how much that service “mattered” to me, and she’d circle back with a proposed % of my overall budget + a few vendor recommendations. She kept everyone on track and was my eyes and ears on the wedding day, making sure the day was perfect. From initial concepts through the wedding day itself, our role is to create a seamless, well-supported process — so you can enjoy your engagement while knowing every element is handled with care and intention. We love creating weddings that are reflective of our couples--weddings that look and feel like them in every way.

For couples who have a few key vendors booked but want to stay involved, with expert guidance throughout the process.
We step in to help refine your vision, recommend trusted vendors, and provide structure as your plans come together. Acting as a sounding board and strategic partner, we ensure your decisions feel aligned and your wedding day flows naturally and cohesively.
Partial Planning begins at $4,500
Wedding Management Services
For couples who have planned their wedding and want a professional team to bring it all together.
Beginning approximately eight weeks prior, we step in to review your plans, coordinate your vendor team, and finalize the details. On the wedding day, we oversee execution from start to finish — ensuring everything runs smoothly so you and your guests can be fully present.
Wedding Management begins at $2,195
Hiring Heather Farr as our wedding planner was the best thing we did for us and our wedding! We made several hard attempts at planning it ourselves over the years and kept putting it on hold because it was overwhelming and impossible to get information.
