Prior to launching HFE in 2016, Heather worked with a well known caterer in the Milwaukee area which gave her unmatched experience in venue sourcing, event logistics, and event flow/timeline creation. Our team is comprised of skilled hospitality and event professionals who truly care about making your day seamless and stress free. This, in and of itself, will save you countless hours of time as you will not need to sift through and research the many, many vendors in the area to find the ones who would be your best fit.

Let us help you keep the to-do list on track, create your budget, design and style your big, day, and handle the project management to keep all of the details and moving pieces organized. This is our signature package. There for you every step of the way, and involved in as much or as little as you would like or need. We work together as a team to make sure that your wedding is exactly what you have dreamed it would be.
This package is for the couple who needs a bit of guidance in terms of vendor recommendations (based upon budget and personality matches), timeline and budgeting, but is willing to do the bulk of the planning themselves.
Our standard day of coordination package includes 10 hours of service on the wedding day. All month of packages include one of our skilled lead coordinators and assistants, coordination of the rehearsal, set up of decor and personal items, and coordination of the ceremony at a minimum. Prior to the wedding, we meet to walkthrough your venue, timeline and details. We will also confirm with all of your vendors.
Available separately or in additional to any of our packages.
Help filling in wherever you need it. From researching vendors, to stuffing envelopes, managing RSVP’s, confirming vendors, making seating arrangements, putting together programs, we help to fill in the blanks! Billed at $75 per hour.
