Erin and Nikita! Where do I even begin? This couple and their Milwaukee Lakefront Wedding can be described in one word–FUN! While their wedding itself was beautiful, we always encourage our clients to put guest experience at the forefront, and let me tell you, they threw a PARTY!

Erin grew up on suburban Milwaukee and met Nikita at college in Boston. Nikita grew up in New York City and the couple has made their home in Brooklyn. When they decided upon a wedding in Erin’s hometown, they knew that they wanted to showcase Milwaukee as the gorgeous, fun, up and also coming city that it is. What better way to show off Milwaukee than to host your wedding on our jewel of Lake Michigan’s shores!

fThey decided upon an outdoor ceremony at the Milwaukee War Memorial’s Fitch Plaza and then hosted their cocktail hour complete with gorgeous and chic lounge furniture and fun activities like bags games (or cornhole depending upon what you call it). Guests enjoyed cocktails and also delicious tray passed appetizers from Chef Jack’s catering and were then moved inside to the gorgeous ballroom, which was completely transformed! Erin, her mom, myself, All Star Rental and their talented florist, Impressions by Esther Fleming, worked together to create an elegant, cohesive and upscale design. The lighting added by the Sound by Design team was just the icing on the cake.

Their dance floor was packed all night and the night ended with a glow stick dance party. What an epic wedding! Congratulations, Erin and Nikita also!
